As Founder & CEO of Northbank Talent Management, I draw on 25+ years of experience in the media industry to devise and oversee the execution of content monetisation strategies for our roster of broadcasters, writers, speakers and creators, and also for brands.

Outside of work, I have extensive experience as a non-executive director, charity ambassador and arts trustee, currently serving on the board, advisory or development board of the leading Westminster think tank Bright Blue, The Entrepreneurs’ Network, producing cutting-edge research into the best policies to support entrepreneurship; the Buxton International Festival; Tempus Novo, a charity which works with employers to increase the employment rate amongst former prisoners; and the award-winning Finborough Theatre.
